Everything it does
in one place

thirteen things, each explained on its own page

Every part of TinnitusMe, from the quick spike log to the report for your audiologist, with a page each. Each page says what the app actually does, where the data comes from and what it needs from you.

Logging a spikeLog a tinnitus spike when it gets louder: one moment, loudness 0 to 10, done. Add the rest only if you want to. No timer and no reminders.Read more →TriggersSleep, noise, weather, stress and food are collected for you and tested against your spikes. The few only you know, you log once. Tests, never rules.Read more →NoiseYour phone samples the noise level around you (only the level leaves it) and finds your loud days, then checks whether they go with your spikes.Read more →SleepSleep duration, timing, stages and disturbances from your wearable, Apple Health, Health Connect or your Android phone, compared with your loud days.Read more →SoundsTwelve built-in sounds with a stop timer, plus sleep stories, guided sleep and calm music picked each week. Free, and every session is noted for you.Read more →WeatherPressure, temperature, humidity, wind, UV and storms collected for your city, a Home card when pressure drops 10 hPa, all compared with your spikes.Read more →Caffeine, alcohol and foodCaffeine, alcohol and sugar from what you eat or your nutrition app, every food tagged for alcohol and gluten, all compared with your loud and quiet days.Read more →Stress, HRV and bodyHRV, resting heart rate, stress, recovery and steps from Garmin, Oura, Polar, WHOOP, Apple Health or Health Connect, compared with your loud days.Read more →PatternsYour loud days next to your quiet ones: each factor tested with real statistics, the pairs that go together, what worked, and what strengthens you.Read more →Ask and testsAsk TinnitusMe answers questions from your own sleep, stress, weather and spikes, and Insights turns each pattern into one test worth running.Read more →Report and THIYour spikes, patterns, treatments and Tinnitus Handicap Inventory scores in one PDF for your audiologist, ENT or GP, shared only where you say so.Read more →Medicines and reliefsAdd a daily medicine, device or lifestyle change once, log what you reach for when it gets loud, and see how your spikes went with each.Read more →CommunityTinnitus articles from trusted sources with short summaries, a forum, the TinnitusMe blog, and audiologists and hearing clinics near you.Read more →

And there's much more

the rest of what it does
Hearing aids and sound therapyHearing aids on, a masking app, earplugs in a loud place: one tap each as reliefs, and What Worked compares them like anything else.
Tinnitus Handicap InventoryThe 25-question clinic score, taken when you choose, with the change since last time, printed on your report. Never reminded.
Apple Watch, through Apple HealthThere is no watch app. Apple Watch sleep, heart rate and HRV come in through Apple Health; Garmin, Oura, Polar and WHOOP connect directly.
Your cycle, if you wantLog your periods and the app shows when the next is due, so the days around it can be compared with your spikes. Nothing happens until you set it up.
Bring your old notesImport a CSV or plain notes of past spikes. You see what was found before anything is saved. It goes into your Journal, and counts in Insights once you subscribe.
Articles, forum and blogTinnitus and hearing articles with short summaries, a forum, and the TinnitusMe blog, in the app and at tinnitusme.com/blog.
