Bring it to your
audiologist

your whole story in one document

Appointments are short and memory of a loud week is unreliable. The Full Report puts everything the app knows about your tinnitus in one scrollable document and one PDF, with your Tinnitus Handicap Inventory scores beside it, so your audiologist, ENT or GP sees the pattern instead of a summary from memory.

why a record?

The Tinnitus Handicap Inventory was built so a busy clinic can put a number on how much tinnitus affects daily living.

Newman et al., Arch Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg 1996

One scrollable report

Frequency over time, What Happened and its combinations, treatments and What Worked, What Strengthens You, what you were doing and where, how it affected you, the full spike timeline with charts of what was around each spike, your THI scores and your health metrics. Filter the whole report by time range or tag, choose the metrics to lay over the graph, and Generate Report shows it on screen. Download Report then hands a PDF to your phone's share sheet. The report and the PDF are part of Premium.

The Tinnitus Handicap Inventory

The THI is the 25-question score clinics use to measure how much tinnitus affects daily life: yes, sometimes or no for each, a total from 0 to 100, and functional, emotional and catastrophic subscales. TinnitusMe scores it, places it in one of five grades from slight to catastrophic, shows the change since your last one, and prints it on your report. The grades are a general guide; your audiologist reads the score with you. Outside English the questions are our own translation, not a published validated one.

It is opt-in on purpose. There is no reminder and no push to retake it, because attention to tinnitus tends to make it louder. You open it from Profile when you want to.

Sharing, scope by scope

Practitioners on TinnitusMe are listed in Community. You can offer to share with one, or one can ask you. Either way you choose what to share, and nothing is visible until it is agreed. You can change it or stop sharing at any time; sharing is part of Premium. The nearby list is separate: those practices come from Google, are not part of TinnitusMe and cannot see anything.

When to see someone soon

Some things should not wait for a report. New tinnitus in one ear only, tinnitus that pulses with your heartbeat, sudden hearing loss, or dizziness and balance trouble with it are reasons to see a doctor or audiologist promptly, and sudden hearing loss is treated as urgent. If you tick any of these during setup, the app says so.

Where it lives in the app

Insights and then Full Report: a filter at the top for time range and tags, the sections in one scroll, with Generate Report under the filter and Download Report above the sections, which hands the PDF to the share sheet. The THI lives in Profile, with your score history. Nearby clinics and practitioners are under Practitioners in Community.

What it needs from you

Premium for the report, the PDF and the THI. The THI is taken only when you open it; nothing reminds you. A practitioner sees nothing until you accept, and you choose what to share and can stop at any time.

Questions

Is the report free?

The Full Report and its PDF are part of Premium, and so is the THI. New accounts get 14 days of Premium free.

How often should I take the THI?

When you choose. The app never asks. Many people take it before an appointment so the score sits next to their log; your audiologist may suggest a rhythm.

Can my audiologist see my data?

Only a practitioner on TinnitusMe, only after you agree, and only the parts you choose. Clinics in the nearby list come from Google and cannot see anything.
